The legendary Flora-Bama is gearing up for an incredible 2026 season, and we want you to be a part of it! On Friday, February 13th and Saturday, February 14th, we are hosting a massive job fair at the Flora-Bama Tent Stage from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Whether you're looking for a fresh start or a long-term career in the hospitality industry, this is your chance to join a team that has been a community staple for over 60 years.

Over 200 Positions Available:

We are looking to fill more than 200 positions across our five unique businesses:

• Flora-Bama Lounge & Package
• Flora-Bama Liquor & Lotto
• Flora-Bama Yacht Club
• Flora-Bama Ole River Grill
• Flora-Bama Marina

Managers from every department will be on-site conducting open interviews and hiring right then and there! Training will begin shortly after the job fair to ensure everyone is ready for a record-breaking 2026 season.

We’re Hiring For:

We have a wide variety of roles available to suit different skills and experience levels, including:

• Front-of-House: Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners.
• Back-of-House: Cooks, Prep Cooks, Oyster Shuckers, and Dishwashers.
• Support & Operations: Gift Shop, Liquor Store, Maintenance, Door Staff, Customer Service, and Special Event Support.
• Dockhands
