Hang on Tight—Bulls on the Beach is Back!

Get ready for one of the most thrilling events on the Gulf Coast as Flora-Bama’s 12th annual

Bulls on the Beach is back the weekend of September 4th —September 6th ! Imagine the

excitement of a country rodeo set against the backdrop of a waterfront sunset. Spectators from all around the country and of all ages come to gather on the line for this one-of-a-kind event. Plus,

with live music, delicious food and drinks, and the rodeo, you’re in for a full weekend of fun.

Bulls on the Beach at the Flora-Bama is a professional bull riding extravaganza that transforms

our beloved beach into a full-blown rodeo arena. Flora-Bama doors will open at 5 PM, and rodeo

gates will open at 6 PM each day of the event for any early birds who want to come eat and drink

before the fun starts. The rodeo will begin at 8 PM every night. For an exciting addition, a

portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

to help fight the battle against childhood cancer. Further, we are hosting Kids’ Night on

Thursday, September 4th !

On Thursday night, kids 12 and under can participate in our Coloring Contest Bike Giveaway,

where one little boy and girl will each take home a free bike. How does it work? Print out one of

the coloring pages, let your kid get creative, and bring the coloring sheet to the Flora-Bama the

night of Thursday, September 4th , to give to a designated door staff employee when you arrive.

Turn your coloring sheet in by 8PM Thursday to be entered to win a free bike.

Surprise! The Flora-Bama is bringing themed nights to Bulls on the Beach. On Thursday,

September 4th , wear your best boots, pearl snaps, and shiny rhinestones for a classy night at the

rodeo. And Friday, September 5 th , embrace the beach and come dressed in your vibrant Hawaiian gear for COWabunga night! To finish the weekend, we’re ending the best way we know how, by honoring the land of the free and home of the brave. On Saturday, September 6 th , wear your stars and stripes as patriotic attire is highly encouraged.

Tickets are on sale now HERE! Get them fast as Bulls on the Beach is one of Flora-Bama’s most

anticipated events of the year. Tickets are sold individually for each night, and there are no 3-day

tickets. Kids ages 7-17 tickets are on sale for $20, and adult tickets for those 18+ are $40. Children 6 and under are admitted to this event free of charge. We are not issuing refunds for tickets. Also, seating at Bulls on the Beach is bleacher seating, which first-come, first-served. If you require ADA seating, please contact our event team prior to the event at events@florabama.com.

We have a couple of recommendations for those attending Bulls on the Beach this year. Parking is extremely limited on property, so we suggest arriving early to ensure a good parking spot. In addition, buy your Bulls on the Beach t-shirt in the Flora-Bama Gift Shop to remember this weekend for many years to come. Shirts will be available closer to the event!
